For this piece, I wanted to explore an "environmental portrait" in which the setting, objects, and subject's relation to them tell a story. The light on the subject's face was not bright enough, so I was holding up a baking sheet with my left hand to bounce light off of while taking the photo with my right hand. I find creative problem solving like this very rewarding.
